Over the past three years the company has developed best of breed technology, offering Mobile Banking to our current Cardholders with a range of SMS/text based services, including Card activation, PIN notification, 24/7 real-time balance checks, last four transactions, instant account to account transfer card block/unblock and reporting lost/stolen. In addition, our SMS/text based services offer FX (Foreign exchange) rates linked to MasterCard mid rates. Via mobile or a landline, customers can also use our multilingual IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technology to access these same services. These features are all complemented with a “real time” 24/7 Internet Based Account management service. Providing leading middleware technology to the prepaid sector, Eagle iP™ is a collection of core integrated technologies for provisioning Prepaid card services and satellite retail opportunities such as Telephony services.

The collective components form the complete Eagle Prepaid Platform which is the heart of White Eagle’s commercial offering, delivering the business need for our prepaid clients. The component technology is 100% developed in-house by White Eagle and brings together a set of converging technologies into one cohesive application.

The Platform consists of the following core components:

  • Data warehouse - Our Bespoke developed database system
  • Data Access Component – The core input output technology connecting Data to the Core API
  • API - The Business layer between the data, our integrated service providers, SMS and IVR providers and 3rd Party Technologies such as Microsoft Navision ERP accounting.
  • Configuration Platform - The bespoke interface for configuration of all Eagle Prepaid Programmes
  • Front End Development toolkits - There are 3 core front end Customer facing developer toolkits, Website, SMS and IVR. These front ends are data driven applications that manages the configuration of a particular programme. Once configured they essentially build themselves to become the front end branded interfaces for each program of the platform

  • Customer service portal - Bespoke system designed in-house for the efficient management and reporting of White Eagle programs
  • Extranet Platform - Bespoke Platform designed to manage the White Eagle Agent network.
  • Bulk payment systems - Secure bulk payment solution that can integrate with any software program, it provides a managed solution to process single bulk payment and payroll advice and perform payouts to multiple card accounts instantly
  • SMS Platform - Directly integrated into the Platform – the services are configurable per programme
  • IVR Platform - Directly integrated into the Platform – the services are configurable per programme
